Our Buffet-style catering service has long been a staple for wedding receptions, and for good reason - It’s an economical and versatile way to feed a lot of guests with different dietary preferences at once. Our buffet service allows guests more freedom to mingle, hit the bar, and fill their plate at their own pace… giving a special affair a more casual social vibe.
The most formal of the catering service types we offer, our plated service allows your guests to enjoy a more traditional dining experience without having to get up. Our servers bring out beautifully plated meals directly to your table. In addition, because all menu items are pre-portioned, our chefs expertly craft all details of the menu to suit your event perfectly.
Whether you want to encourage guests to mingle a bit more or need a more interactive feel for a larger space like Terminus 330, grand stations style service does it all by providing unique and delicious food stations sure to impress guests at any event. Choose from Grand Station menu, or build your own station with a sales person!
Terra was fantastic to work with and was always available to answer all of our questions and help us with suggestions/ideas. From the initial tasting to the wedding reception, Dogwood was very professional and first class. The cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres were a big hit and the steak and salmon dinner was phenomenal. So many scrumptious options made it hard to decide. The staff was on top of everything and it really went flawlessly. We highly recommend using Dogwood for any catering need!
